Terms of sale

Last updated: October 17, 2026

  1. Scope

These terms summarise how we sell and ship cars. Each sale is governed by its written quote, its pro forma invoice and the individual contract signed with the buyer, which prevail.

  2. Prices

Prices are set in US dollars or euros. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions. Unless stated otherwise, prices are ex Dubai, before shipping, insurance, duties and local taxes.

  3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the company's business accounts in the United Arab Emirates, in EUR, USD or AED, against a pro forma invoice. Deposit and balance follow the individual contract. Cash is accepted in Dubai.

  4. Inspection and acceptance

Used cars are inspected on 120 points before payment and the buyer receives the report, photos and videos. The buyer confirms the purchase on that basis.

  5. Shipping and delivery

Transit times are estimates given by the shipping lines and can change. Risk passes to the buyer as agreed in the contract; marine insurance is offered and billed separately.

  6. Import formalities

Customs duties, taxes, registration and homologation in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the export documents and advise on the procedure.

  7. Cancellation

Cancellation after a container is confirmed costs USD 300 per container, in addition to any costs already incurred.

  8. Applicable law

Sales are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
