Is my payment secure?
Our company, DUBAI EXPORT AUTO FZE, has been registered in the UAE since 2019 (licence 27982). You pay on invoice, after the inspection, only into an account in the company's name: never send money to a personal account.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to one of our business accounts at Mashreq, Emirates NBD or RAK Bank. Cash is also accepted.
How much will my car cost once it arrives?
The price of the car, plus our service fee, the export certificate and shipping to your port: all on the invoice. Your country's duties and taxes come on top (in the EU, generally 10% customs duty plus VAT; in France, the environmental penalty at registration). Our online estimate and your quote show them before you commit.
How long until my car reaches my port?
About 4 to 8 weeks from payment confirmation to arrival at your port, depending on the destination. Registration then takes place in your country.
Do you provide the documents needed for registration?
Yes: export certificate, customs documents, certificate of conformity (CoC), GSO and, for France, the DREAL/UTAC inspection and form 846A. You just drive the car.
How do I track my container?
We send you the bill of lading with a live tracking number on the shipping line website (Maersk, CMA CGM, COSCO and others).

Yes, by appointment.
