What this website collects
When you send a request through one of the site’s forms, we save what you write in it: name, email or phone, country, whether you buy privately or as a professional, your message and, where relevant, the car concerned, with the language and page it was sent from. Visits are measured with Umami, without cookies or personal data, and with Google Analytics only if you accept its cookies (see the cookie policy). The site also remembers your chosen country and currency in a cookie and your light or dark theme in your browser.
Why, and where
This information is used only to answer you, prepare your quote and, if you buy, carry out the sale and shipping. It is hosted by Supabase (database in London, United Kingdom), and each request is notified to our team by email through Resend. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, what you write there follows WhatsApp’s rules.
How long we keep it
A request that leads nowhere is deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange. Data linked to a sale is kept for the period required by commercial and tax law.
Who receives it
Only our team, and when you buy, the parties needed to export and ship the car: shipping lines, customs brokers and authorities. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@dubaiexportauto.com. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority.
