What it costs, line by line.
No hidden fees. Three fixed lines on every quote, the published shipping rate of your country, and your country’s taxes at the port. Nothing else, unless you ask for it.
What the service fee includes.
- Personal follow-up on WhatsApp, in English, French or Arabic, until the car is with you
- 120-point inspection with photos and video before any payment
- Purchase from the dealer or seller, with the car in front of us
- Export certificate, invoice, customs papers and GSO certificate where required
- Loading supervised by our own team at Jebel Ali
- Bill of lading and live tracking until your port
Billed only on request.
At your port: your country’s taxes.
Customs duty and import VAT are paid in your country at clearance, never to us. In the EU, generally 10% duty on a car (22% on a pick-up or utility vehicle) and VAT at your country’s rate, on the car plus freight. Our estimator shows them for your country.
Booking, cancellation and refunds.
A request becomes a firm order once the written agreement is signed and the deposit received. Until then, nothing is due.
The deposit and the balance follow your contract. Payment is made by bank transfer to our UAE business accounts, against a pro forma invoice.
Cancelling after a container is confirmed costs USD 300 per container, plus any costs already incurred for your car (purchase, documents, transport). Your contract says how the rest of the deposit is handled.
Container bookings depend on space and equipment at the time of reservation; consolidated rates vary with the shipping period.
Transit times are the shipping lines’ estimates. A delay outside our control (line, customs, authorities) does not give rise to compensation.

Shared container, port to port. Rates are set in euros; in dollars, they are an estimate. We have delivered to 37 countries.
Marine insurance is optional and billed separately.
